Definition of Annual Net Sales


Annual Net Sales means, with respect to any Calendar Year, the aggregate amount of the Net Sales for such Calendar Year.


Annual Net Sales means total Net Sales in the Territory in a particular Calendar Year.

Annual Net Sales means the aggregate Net Sales during a particular Calendar Year.

Annual Net Sales means, with respect to a particular Product and Calendar Year, all Net Sales of such Product throughout the Territory during such Calendar Year.
