Xxxxxxx Council. ‌ The City will provide release time for Union Stewards to attend monthly Xxxxxxx Council meetings and training sessions. Each Xxxxxxx shall receive a maximum of four (4) hours per month to attend the meeting. A maximum of twenty-five (25) Stewards shall be released to attend the meeting. The Chapter President or Chief Xxxxxxx will notify Human Resources in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance with the names of the Stewards attending the monthly meeting. In event thereare conflicts in a work schedules that may create problems with a designated Xxxxxxx attending the meeting, the Chapter President or Chief Xxxxxxx will work with the affected department supervisor to schedule Xxxxxxx attendance in a manner which minimizes the disruption of the work.

Xxxxxxx Council. 34. The scope of the Diplomatic Service Xxxxxxx Council (DSWC) covers all Diplomatic Service staff and UK-based employees of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. The DSWC will meet for the purpose of exchanging views on business.
Xxxxxxx Council. The Employer agrees to recognize one (1) xxxxxxx with one (1) or more years of service with the Cheboygan County Sheriff's Department. The duties of the xxxxxxx shall be limited to the administration of this Agreement including the investigation and presentation of grievances as established in the grievance procedure. Xxxxxxx Council. 7.1 The Departmental Xxxxxxx Committee (DWC), including the DWC General Purposes Committee and other DWC Xxxxxxx sub-committees is the established framework within which industrial relations is conducted. This framework provides for the formal consultation and negotiation between management and the recognised trade unions and the participating Trade Union Side representatives, and is the official body for negotiating changes that affect staff. All consultation and negotiation, whether informal or formal, is deemed to take place within the Xxxxxxx system and under its rules and provisions.

  • Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee The Employer and the Union recognize the role of the joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee in promoting a safe and healthful workplace. The parties agree that a Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Collective Agreement. The Committee shall govern itself in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations made pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Act. The Committee shall be as between the Employer and the Union, with equal representation, and with each party appointing its own representatives. Representatives of the Union shall be chosen by the Union membership or appointed by the Union. All minutes of the meetings of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee will be recorded in a mutually agreeable format and will be sent to the Union. The Union further agrees to actively pursue with the other Health Care Unions a Joint Union Committee for the purposes of this Article. The Employer agrees to provide or cause to be provided to Employer members of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee adequate training and orientation to the duties and responsibilities of committee members to allow the incumbents to fulfil those duties competently.   • Joint Job Evaluation Committee The parties entered into agreement December 17, 1992, to ensure the Joint Gender- Neutral Job Evaluation Plan remains current and operational and to that end endorsed the Joint Gender-Neutral Job Evaluation Maintenance Agreement. The parties agree that a guiding principle for the Committee is that there shall be no discrimination between male and female employees wherein a person of one sex is paid more than a person of the other sex for similar or substantially similar work.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Joint Safety Committee (a) The Union and the Company shall cooperate in selecting one or more Safety Committees, which will meet at least once a month to consider all safety and occupational health problems.

  • Standards for Determining Commercial Reasonableness Borrower and Silicon agree that a sale or other disposition (collectively, "sale") of any Collateral which complies with the following standards will conclusively be deemed to be commercially reasonable: (i) Notice of the sale is given to Borrower at least seven days prior to the sale, and, in the case of a public sale, notice of the sale is published at least seven days before the sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the county where the sale is to be conducted; (ii) Notice of the sale describes the collateral in general, non-specific terms; (iii) The sale is conducted at a place designated by Silicon, with or without the Collateral being present; (iv) The sale commences at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m; (v) Payment of the purchase price in cash or by cashier's check or wire transfer is required; (vi) With respect to any sale of any of the Collateral, Silicon may (but is not obligated to) direct any prospective purchaser to ascertain directly from Borrower any and all information concerning the same. Silicon shall be free to employ other methods of noticing and selling the Collateral, in its discretion, if they are commercially reasonable.
