Access Roads. The Company is to construct a public access road from Xxxxx Avenue to the Town Centre together with all other roads shown on the Land Tenure Plan. All roads are to be paved and drained to the satisfaction of the City.
Access Roads. All roads and other accesses necessary for the Construction of the Improvements and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authority, or have been dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authority and all necessary steps have been taken by Borrower or such Governmental Authority to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the Completion of Construction of the Improvements in accordance with the Project Schedule.
Access Roads. A. To the extent practicable, access roads shall be designed to not impede surface drainage and shall be built to minimize soil erosion on or near the access roads.
Access Roads. 8.10 (1) (a) The Developer is required to maintain to the satisfaction of the Manager, Urban Development any hard surfaced or gravelled access roads, including periodic oiling, into the Development Area until the Final Acceptance Certificate for paved roads, paved lanes and paved walkways has been issued, or as otherwise required by the Manager, Urban Development.
Access Roads. XXX may use BPA's access roads to access the Regenerator Building(s), provided that heavy vehicles or other equipment being used on the access road will not at any time impair the use of the access road by BPA. Access to the roads shall be limited to the times and frequency required for maintenance and operation of the Regenerator Building(s) and equipment, and any repair and restoration of the Cable pursuant to section 13. XXX shall, at ELI's expense, repair any damage to the access roads caused as a result of XXX use of the access roads. XXX shall acquire access easements to the Regenerator Building(s) where BPA access roads are not available.
Access Roads. 8.10 (1) (a) The Developer is required to maintain to the satisfaction of the Managing Director, Calgary Approvals Coordination any hard surfaced or gravelled access roads, including periodic oiling, into the Development Area until the Final Acceptance Certificate for paved roads, paved lanes and paved walkways has been issued, or as otherwise required by the Managing Director, Calgary Approvals Coordination.

The Borrowers represent and warrant that all roads and other accesses necessary for the development of all the Land and the construction of all the Improvements for all Eligible Projects and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been or will be acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authorities or have been or will be dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authorities and all necessary steps have been taken by the Borrowers or such Governmental Authorities to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the timely completion of the Improvements and in no event later than the Completion Date or such Eligible Projects have access to a public road via a private road pursuant to recorded easements satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

All roads and other accesses necessary for the development of all the Land and the construction of all the Improvements for all Eligible Projects and full utilization thereof for their intended purposes have either been completed or the necessary rights of way therefor have either been or will be acquired by the appropriate Governmental Authorities or have been or will be dedicated to public use and accepted by such Governmental Authorities and all necessary steps have been taken by the Borrowers or such Governmental Authorities to assure the complete construction and installation thereof by a date sufficient to ensure the timely completion of the Improvements and in no event later than the end of the applicable Maximum Construction Period.
Access Roads. Landlord reserves the right to use and grant the right to use all access roads, rights-of-way, easements, or driveways in and about the Premises at all times.
Access Roads. The Borrower represents and warrants to its knowledge that the Property has direct access to public roads and other accesses necessary for the operation of the Property.
