Until such time as the Required Consent has been obtained by Client, any right to use the affected Client Resource shall not be deemed to have been transferred to ALLTEL, and the parties shall cooperate with each other in achieving a reasonable alternative arrangement for the use of the affected Client Resources.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Client Resources, including all intellectual property rights therein, are and will remain with Client.
