Vacation Time Allowances. Executive shall be entitled each year to vacation time in accordance with Employer's personnel policy, during which time Executive's compensation shall be paid in full.

Vacation Time Allowances. Employee shall be entitled each calendar year to fifteen (15) business days of vacation, prorated for any partial year, during which time Employee’s compensation will continue to be paid. Each year, Employee shall take five (5) business days of the fifteen (15) vacation days consecutively. Unused vacation days shall not accrue from year to year.
Vacation Time Allowances. Executive shall be entitled each calendar year to twenty (20) business days of vacation, prorated for any partial year, during which time Executive’s compensation will continue to be paid. Each year, Executive shall take ten (10) of the twenty (20) vacation days consecutively. Unused vacation days shall not accumulate from year to year.
Vacation Time Allowances. The Executive shall be entitled to the number of paid vacation days in each calendar year determined by the Corporation from time to time for its senior executive officers, but not less than four (4) weeks in any calendar year (prorated in any calendar year during which the Executive is employed hereunder for less than the entire such year in accordance with the number of days in such calendar year during which he is so employed). The Executive shall also be entitled to all paid holidays given by the Corporation to its senior executive officers.

Related to Vacation Time Allowances

  • Vacation; Paid Time Off During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fifteen (15) paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated for partial years) in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies, as in effect from time to time that is at least as favorable as that provided to other similarly situated executives of the Company. The Executive shall receive other paid time-off in accordance with the Company’s policies for executive officers as such policies may exist from time to time.

  • Vacation Time During the Employment Term, the Employee shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s policy on accrual and use applicable to employees as in effect from time to time.

  • Car Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be paid a monthly car allowance in the gross amount of $850.00.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Relocation Allowance Executive shall be entitled to certain relocation allowances as may be negotiated by the Company relative to his relocation for the position in this Agreement and in the event his primary place of business is subsequently moved in excess of 50 miles from its present location.

  • Expense Allowance The Company shall reimburse the Executive for all reasonable and necessary expenses incurred by him from time to time in the performance of his duties hereunder, against receipts therefor in accordance with the then effective policies and requirements of the Company.

  • Accrued Vacation The Executive will receive payment for accrued but unused vacation, which payment will be equitably prorated based on the period of active employment for that portion of the fiscal year in which the Executive’s termination of employment becomes effective. Payment for accrued but unused vacation will be payable in one lump sum on the effective date of the termination of employment (or as soon thereafter as practicable).

  • Vehicle Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive from the Company a vehicle allowance of $1,000 per month, subject to future increases as may be granted to senior executives.

  • Vacations; Leave The Employee shall be entitled to annual paid vacation in accordance with the policies established by the Board of Directors for executive employees and to voluntary leave of absence, with or without pay, from time to time at such times and upon such conditions as the Board of Directors may determine in its discretion.
