Common use of Vacation Time Allowances Clause in Contracts

Vacation Time Allowances. Employee shall be entitled each calendar year to fifteen (15) business days of vacation, prorated for any partial year, during which time Employee’s compensation will continue to be paid. Each year, Employee shall take five (5) business days of the fifteen (15) vacation days consecutively. Unused vacation days shall not accrue from year to year.
