Vacation; Sick Leave; Recreation Pay. 2.4.1. The Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation days during each year of his/her employment as set forth in the Specific Terms. Each such leave shall be coordinated with the supervisor with reasonable consideration to the needs of the Company. The Employee shall be obliged to take at least five (5) paid vacation days during each year of the Employee’s employment, as prescribed by law. The Employee will make every effort to exercise his annual vacation; provided however, if the Employee is unable to utilize all the vacation days by the end of a calendar year, he/she shall be entitled to accumulate the unused balance of the vacation days standing to his or her credit up to the Maximum Amount set forth in the Specific Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, any unused vacation days in excess of the Maximum Amount are canceled and are not redeemable in any event.

Vacation; Sick Leave; Recreation Pay. 7.1 Employee shall be entitled to 26 paid vacation working days per calendar year during the Term, which shall accrue in accordance with Company policy. Employee shall be required to utilize such five consecutive days every calendar year, and may accumulate the remaining vacation days in accordance with the Company’s policy. The dates of Employee’s annual vacation shall be coordinated in advance with the Chairman of the Board. The Employee shall be entitled to redeem the aforesaid accumulated vacation days upon termination of Employee’s employment.

Employee shall be required to utilize such number of vacation days as are required to be utilized each year by applicable Israeli law (as of the Effective Date, the number of vacation days required to be utilized each year by applicable Israeli law is seven days), and may carry over any remaining unused vacation days from prior years (up to a maximum of 52 vacation days). The dates of Employee’s annual vacation shall be coordinated in advance with the President and CEO of the Company.

  • Vacation; Sick Leave During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to not less than four (4) weeks of vacation during each calendar year and sick leave in accordance with the Company’s policies and practices with respect to its executives.

  • Sick Leave The employee is eligible for long term disability benefits if provided for in the Collective Agreement. An employee will not receive pay for the first two (2) weeks of any period of absence due to a legitimate illness. The employee may utilize the paid holiday bank as income replacement for absences due to illness, as described in Article (c) above. An employee who is eligible may apply for Employment Insurance for weeks three (3) through seventeen (17) for any absence due to a legitimate illness. The Home will provide the employee with Disability Income Protection as per Article 14.01 (c) for weeks eighteen (18) through thirty (30) for any absence due to a legitimate illness. Employees may be required to provide medical proof of illness for any absence of a scheduled shift, which is neither vacation nor an approved leave of absence.

  • Vacations and Sick Leave The Executive shall be entitled to paid annual vacation leave in accordance with the policies as established from time to time by the Board of Directors, which shall in no event be less than four weeks per annum. The Executive shall also be entitled to an annual sick leave benefit as established by the Board for senior management employees of the Bank. The Executive shall not be entitled to receive any additional compensation from the Bank for failure to take a vacation or sick leave, nor shall he be able to accumulate unused vacation or sick leave from one year to the next; provided, however, such Executive may carry forward from year to year a maximum of ten days of unused vacation leave.

  • Vacation; Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible for 20 vacation days annually, which shall be accrued and used in accordance with the applicable policies of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in such medical, dental and life insurance, retirement and other plans as the Company may have or establish from time to time on terms and conditions applicable to other senior executives of the Company generally. The foregoing, however, shall not be construed to require the Company to establish any such plans or to prevent the modification or termination of such plans once established.

  • Vacation During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the most favorable plans, policies, programs and practices of the Company and its affiliated companies as in effect for the Executive at any time during the 120-day period immediately preceding the Effective Date or, if more favorable to the Executive, as in effect generally at any time thereafter with respect to other peer executives of the Company and its affiliated companies.

  • Vacation, Sick Leave and Holidays Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks (28 business days) of vacation, and also sick leave and holidays at full pay in accordance with the Company’s policies established and in effect from time to time.
