  • Customer Requirements ▪ Seller shall comply with the applicable terms and conditions of any agreements between Buyer and Xxxxx’s Customer (the “Customer Purchase Orders”) pursuant to which Buyer agreed to sell to Buyer’s Customer products or assemblies which incorporate the goods provided by Seller hereunder.   • Accessibility Requirements Under Tex. Gov’t Code Chapter 2054, Subchapter M, and implementing rules of the Texas Department of Information Resources, the System Agency must procure Products and services that comply with the Accessibility Standards when those Products are available in the commercial marketplace or when those Products are developed in response to a procurement solicitation. Accordingly, Grantee must provide electronic and information resources and associated Product documentation and technical support that comply with the Accessibility Standards.

  • Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.

  • ORDERING REQUIREMENTS Eligible Purchasers shall order Goods and/or Services from this Master Contract, consistent with the terms hereof and by using any ordering mechanism agreeable both to Contractor and Purchaser but including, at a minimum, a purchase order. When practicable, Contractor and Purchaser also shall use telephone orders, email orders, web-based orders, and similar procurement methods (collectively “Purchaser Order”). All Purchase Orders must reference the Master Contract number. The terms of this Master Contract shall apply to any Purchase Order and, in the event of any conflict, the terms of this Master Contract shall prevail. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, in no event shall any ‘click-agreement,’ software or web-based application terms and conditions, or any other agreement modify the terms and conditions of this Master Contract.

  • City Requirements Design, construction, materials, sizing, other specifications, permitting, inspections, testing, documentation and furnishing of as-built drawings, and acceptance of completed infrastructure shall be in accordance with City Requirements. Design and construction shall be by professionals licensed in the state of North Carolina to do the relevant work. City approval of the design of the Improvements shall be required prior to construction, as set forth in City Requirements. If Developer is connecting to the County sewer system, the City may require Developer to furnish the contract providing for such connection.

  • PJM Requirements The DS Supplier acknowledges and agrees that, as a member of PJM, the Company is bound by all PJM operating instructions, policies and procedures as are currently set forth in the PJM Operating Manual, which are available through the Internet on the PJM Home Page (xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx), as may be revised from time to time, which are needed to maintain the integrity of the PJM system. The DS Supplier acknowledges and agrees that it will cooperate with the Company so that the Company will be in compliance with all PJM Emergency Operations Procedures, which include, but are not limited to, those procedures pertaining to minimum and maximum generation Emergencies, and measures requiring involuntary Customer participation, such as supply voltage reduction or full interruption of Customer load by either manual or automatic means.
