Partner Content definition

Partner Content means all logos, text, and other materials uploaded or otherwise provided by Partner to Cisco.
Partner Content means any materials uploaded by Partner onto the Subscription Service or by a third party or client on Partner’s behalf at any time, including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips or text. In consideration for Partner’s acceptance of and subject to the terms and conditions incorporated herein and the Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) located at: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/gdpr/ as may be amended from time to time, and incorporated herein by this reference.
Partner Content means any and all original footage and other material (including but not limited to the ʻSource Materialʼ) which is (i) the original content provided by the Partner to Incision or (ii) official online content to Partnerʼs products provided by the Partner, Customers, customers or Incision, consisting of, but not limited to, the following: video Content, photos, content items, protocols and/or text.

More Definitions of Partner Content

Partner Content means any information, documentation, equipment, software, photographs, domain name (to the extent used to host a Partner Site), Partner Site customized skin/theme or other material (which may include the Partner name, logo and any other brand features and Intellectual Property Rights) which may be published on the Page(s) pursuant to this Agreement, including Stylist Portfolio Photos;
Partner Content means the content (in any medium) provided by Partner to DI hereunder, including course and assessment content developed by or on behalf of Partner and made available to DI for conversion into Modules for use with the Software.
Partner Content means all Content that a Partner posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in their mobile application, Partner profile or ExStreamity LLC promotional campaign to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.
Partner Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or Partner post to any part of the Site or provide to Builder, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
Partner Content means the data, text, images, sounds, information, hosting services, applications, modules and/or other materials as described in the Order Form for which DSS has secured all necessary or appropriate rights and licenses from third party owners. Partner Content and DSS Content may collectively be referred to as “Content” in this Agreement.

Partner Content means a pre-mapped collection of best-practice policies, control standards, legal and/or regulatory requirements, industry standards, assessments, risk catalogs, best practice processes, procedures, and/or runbooks that can be imported within the Xxxxxx Suite to provide context within a Use Case and/or Partner Application Package.
