Partner Content definition

Partner Content means all logos, text, and other materials uploaded or otherwise provided by Partner to Cisco.
Partner Content means all content, including reports, transmitted by ANYBILL to the PARTNER or its Users via the Partner Area or otherwise;

Examples of Partner Content in a sentence

  • By using ANet’s services, Partner approves of ANet’s right to access, retain, use and disclose Partner Content solely for the purpose of providing Services hereunder.

  • Content Partner shall own all right, title and interest in all Content Partner User data generated on pages hosted by Content Partner ("Content Partner Users").

  • Infoseek and its subsidiaries and Affiliates may use Content Partner Content other than on the Service, provided that Infoseek obtains Content Partner's prior consent for such use on a case-by-case basis.

  • Partner represents and warrants that (a) Partner Content does not and shall not contain any content, materials, advertising or services that are inaccurate or that infringe on or violate any applicable law, regulation or right of any third party, including, without limitation, export laws, or any proprietary, contract, moral, or privacy right or any other party right, and (b) Partner owns the Partner Content or otherwise has the right to use the Partner Content.

  • Subject to Section 7, Partner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cisco from any claim, loss, damage, or expense, including but not limited to, reasonable court costs and attorneys’ fees, resulting from any claim made by a third party that Partner Content infringes third party Intellectual Property rights.

Partner Content means any materials uploaded by Partner onto the Subscription Service or by a third party or client on Partner’s behalf at any time, including, but not limited to, any images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips or text.
Partner Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or Partner post to any part of the Site or provide to Builder, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.
Partner Content means any information, documentation, equipment, software, photographs, domain name (to the extent used to host a Partner Site), Partner Site customized skin/theme or other material (which may include the Partner name, logo and any other brand features and Intellectual Property Rights) which may be published on the Page(s) pursuant to this Agreement, including Stylist Portfolio Photos;
Partner Content means any and all original footage and other material (including but not limited to the ʻSource Materialʼ) which is (i) the original content provided by the Partner to Incision or (ii) official online content to Partnerʼs products provided by the Partner, Customers, customers or Incision, consisting of, but not limited to, the following: video Content, photos, content items, protocols and/or text.
Partner Content means all Content that a Partner posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, or includes in their mobile application, Partner profile or ExStreamity LLC promotional campaign to be made available through the Site, Application or Services.
Partner Content means a pre-mapped collection of best-practice policies, control standards, legal and/or regulatory requirements, industry standards, assessments, risk catalogs, best practice processes, procedures, and/or runbooks that can be imported within the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Suite to provide context within a Use Case and/or Partner Application Package.
Partner Content means all logos, trademarks, images, graphics, text, and other materials included by Partner in the Ads provided to Provider for use with the Services.
