ORDERING REQUIREMENTS. To place an order, complete, sign and return this form, accompanied by a sample mailing piece. A sample of the piece to be mailed must accompany your request, otherwise your order will not be processed. PTWA reserves the right to reject any mail piece that does not conform to the standards, principles and policies of the association. PAYMENT TERMS: Purchase orders are not accepted.   • Listing Requirements means the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.
