Union Related Matters. 15.1 The College must permit an Employee who is appointed as the representative of a group of Employees or the elected Union representative to represent the industrial interests of any Employees to post notices on a common room notice board, as long as such notices are lawful and removed in a timely manner.
Union Related Matters. Any TWU related training encountered by a delegate shall be paid at the wage rate prescribed for the appropriate classification in schedule A of this agreement and in addition 30 percent plus reasonable expenses.
