Union Related Matters. 15.1 The College must permit an Employee who is appointed as the representative of a group of Employees or the elected Union representative to represent the industrial interests of any Employees to post notices on a common room notice board, as long as such notices are lawful and removed in a timely manner.
Union Related Matters. Any TWU related training encountered by a delegate shall be paid at the wage rate prescribed for the appropriate classification in schedule A of this agreement and in addition 30 percent plus reasonable expenses. TA-V will continue to pay staff memberships in recognition of the ongoing saving made by Xxxx agreed to by staff in this Agreement. These fees will be paid after the proper paperwork is provided and in accordance with TA-V accounting policies and procedures.

Union Related Matters. 15.1 The School must permit an Employee who is the School representative of a registered union that is entitled to represent the industrial interests of any Employees to post notices on a common room notice board. 15.2 The representative will be permitted in working hours (other than timetabled teaching time) to interview the Principal or Principal's delegate on union business. These interviews must take place at a time and place convenient to both parties. 15.3 The School agreed to release each Union representative each year for one day of paid training leave plus one day of paid leave to attend the Annual Representatives Conference.
Union Related Matters. 1.11.1 The employer recognises employees have a right to join and maintain financial membership of United Voice or Together unions. All employees will be advised of this recognition at the time of engagement.

These meetings must take place at a time and place convenient to both parties. 14.3 Meetings of union members who are employed at the School may be held on School premises at times and places convenient to union members and to the School. 14.4 The School supports the IEU Representative(s) to access IEU Union training as required.
