TRESPASSERS. The Port is not responsible for unauthorized persons using the slip referenced herein or for the removal of such persons and their property therefrom. 11. ELECTRICITY Fee for base electric service is the monthly rate designated herein, due and payable as is the moorage fee provided for in paragraph 1 above. If Licensee is provided electrical service in excess of the base service, he or she shall pay for the excess service as billed for the same. Should electrical service charges become delinquent, the Port shall have the right to disconnect all power until Licensees’ account is brought current. Licensee agrees to pay all connecting and disconnecting charges relative to electrical service. The Port does not guarantee the continuity or characteristics of electrical service and its compatibility with the vessel's electric circuit protector, if any, or any effects of electrolytic action. All extension cords must be three wire grounded type of an adequate size, and with the proper sized plug ends, to handle the amperage being used. Improper cords will be impounded by the Port and will be returned only when a proper cord has been fitted. Initials 12.

TRESPASSERS. The Port is not responsible for unauthorized persons using the berthage herein assigned or for the removal of such persons and their vessels therefrom.
TRESPASSERS. For the safety of your four-legged loved ones and home, no other person should be permitted in your home during the service period. No other person is permitted to care for your pets during the service period. We do not share duties with other persons and will not be held responsible for problems arising with your pets or home when someone we do not insure is involved. Our liability insurance will not cover both parties. Only pet sitters with Four Paws Pet Sitting Services will be covered. Please keep this in mind if and when you decide to share duties or allow other people in your home during our service period, as this constitutes breach of service agreement. This is done for liability and the security of our pet sitters.
TRESPASSERS. The LESSEE will use common sense in dealing with any suspected trespasser. A name and address may be asked of the trespasser but threats or pointing of weapons is not allowed. All information about suspected trespassers will be submitted to the proper authorities. TRASH DISPOSAL: Any and all campsites, clubhouse grounds, or gathering places on the property shall be kept free of litter. Receptacles for trash may be placed within the leased areas and emptied by club members at the county landfill or in county-serviced dumpsters. ANIMAL REMAINS DISPOSAL: XXXXXX agrees to dispose of animal remains in a dug out pit at least 300 feet from camp, public roads, residences, and any water courses. Pit should be constructed in non-porous soils and in non- flooding areas.

TRESPASSERS. The Contractor is to keep trespassers away from the work area. No one is to be allowed within the limits of the work area unless written permission is given by the Owner or the Engineer. The Contractor shall enforce this portion of the contract as long as he is in charge of the building.
TRESPASSERS. Tenant will be responsible for the removal and eviction of any and all trespassers from the Land. Landlord will have no responsibility with respect to the removal or eviction of trespassers during the Term, but retains the right to do so.

Xxxxx range complex outside one of the ac- cess channels described above are tres- passing on a controlled-access federal reservation and are subject to citation by the military police. Trespassers may be barred from subsequent author- ized access to the installation, and will be subject to the provisions of this sec- tion.

  • Trespass PURCHASER shall be exclusively responsible for any damage or removal of non- designated timber, or trespass beyond the boundaries of the areas of operations resulting from any activities of PURCHASER. Any trespass resulting from the activities of PURCHASER may be considered grounds for placing the contract in violation or default. Damages for any trespass shall be charged as follows:

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Injury 22.01 Where an employee is injured at work during the performance of his duties and responsibilities as a result of which he cannot complete the balance of his shift and has reported such injury to the Company, he shall be sent home and paid for the balance of his shift at his regular straight time hourly rate.

  • Nuisance Company will not commit any nuisance, waste, or injury on the Airport and will not do or permit to be done anything that may result in the creation, commission or maintenance of such nuisance, waste, or injury.

  • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.

  • Nuisances Tenant shall not perform any acts or carry on any practice which may injure the demised premises or be a nuisance or menace to other tenants in the Shopping Center.

  • OCCUPANTS The Premises is to be occupied strictly as a residential dwelling with the following individual(s) in addition to the Tenant: (check one) ☐ - (“Occupant(s)”) ☐ - There are no Occupant(s).

  • Concessionaire’s waiver The Concessionaire hereby further releases, assigns and waives any and all rights of subrogation or recovery against, inter alia, the Authority and its assigns, undertakings and their subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, successors, insurers and underwriters, which the Concessionaire may otherwise have or acquire in or from or in any way connected with any loss, liability or obligation covered by policies of insurance maintained or required to be maintained by the Concessionaire pursuant to this Agreement (other than third party liability insurance policies) or because of deductible clauses in or inadequacy of limits of any such policies of insurance.

  • EVICTIONS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to sign and serve notices on the Owner’s behalf and prosecute actions to evict tenants; recover possession of the Property; recover rents and other sums due; and, when expedient, settle, compromise and release claims, actions, and suits and/or reinstate tenancies.

  • Causes The contract may be terminated before the stated completion date by any of the following conditions.
