Concessionaire’s waiver. The proceeds from all insurance claims, except life and injury, shall be paid to the Concessionaire and it shall apply such proceeds for any necessary repair, reconstruction, reinstatement, replacement, improvement, delivery or installation of the Project and the balance remaining, if any, shall be applied in accordance with the provisions contained in this behalf in the Financing Agreements. 21.7 Application of insurance proceeds Part V Force Majeure and Termination
