County Landfill definition

County Landfill means the Landfill owned and operated by the County and located at Buyea Road, Town of Lincoln, New York, or any other landfill owned and/or operated, or caused to be operated, by the County.
County Landfill means the closed Orange County Landfill, adjacent to OCTS #1, in New Hampton, New York.
