TESTING METHODOLOGIES. The Contractor shall use expert usability inspections and accessibility audits as approaches for reviewing web pages as follows: Expert Usability Inspection This shall be completed by two expert customer experience research and design consultants. These individuals will independently review key pages and processes (customer journeys) on live sites or prototypes. The exact pages will be discussed during the kick off meeting/call. The review will explore key processes, content and features. The review will explore the pages from a number of different perspectives and discuss the issues identified. The evaluation will focus on the following indices: Usable Navigation Functionality Ease of use/Discoverability Graphic Design/Page Layout User feedback Efficiency Consistency Useful Feature offering Integration of features Engaging Overall experience The Client will provide the Contractor with cases that will help determine the user journeys used to evaluate the site and the specific pages included within the review. In addition the Contractor may recommend key user journeys based on the following tasks: Locate initial information within the site (e.g. interest rates) Sign-up for a product Service the product (e.g. add money to an account, view statements or change contact details) Accessibility Audit An Accessibility Audit includes an in depth review of key pages within a site. This will be conducted by the Contractor manually. Assistive technologies including screen readers, screen magnifiers etc will also be used. The Contractor will undertake an extensive review of the pre-agreed pages (usually around 10) Based upon the brief review of the pages, it is not usually necessary to review all pages; this is due to very strong similarities on the application of some templates. The Audit shall include the following steps: The Contractor will not use an automated tool in this Audit and all the pages and their codes are reviewed by hand although tools may be used for initial checking. The Contractor will look on a page by page basis at all accessibility issues according to the W3C v2.0 Priority A, AA and AAA guidelines, the evaluation includes a set of fifty questions which address issues such as: Links Comprehension Tabbing (navigation) Contrasts Style Sheets Checking without pictures/images Video and animation HTML scripts Search Tables and Data Tables Frames Text only browser Each page in the audit is then viewed in a text only browser such as Lynx Screen reader(s) ...

  • Accounting Methods Implement or adopt any material change in its accounting principles, practices or methods, other than as may be required by GAAP or any Governmental Entity.

  • Methodology 1. The price at which the Assuming Institution sells or disposes of Qualified Financial Contracts will be deemed to be the fair market value of such contracts, if such sale or disposition occurs at prevailing market rates within a predefined timetable as agreed upon by the Assuming Institution and the Receiver.

  • Methods of Measurement The methods used to identify the educational strengths and needs of students are set forth in the approved Application.

  • Loop Testing/Trouble Reporting 2.1.6.1 Think 12 will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on the Loops. Think 12 must test and isolate trouble to the BellSouth portion of a designed/non- designed unbundled Loop (e.g., UVL-SL2, UCL-D, UVL-SL1, UCL-ND, etc.) before reporting repair to the UNE Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center. Upon request from BellSouth at the time of the trouble report, Think 12 will be required to provide the results of the Think 12 test which indicate a problem on the BellSouth provided Loop.

  • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C.1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment. Such invoices shall be submitted for completed units of service or project milestones for the amount stipulated.

  • Trunk Forecasting Requirements 14.2.1 Initial trunk forecast requirements. At least ninety (90) days before initiating interconnection in a LATA, Alltel shall provide Verizon a two (2)-year traffic forecast that complies with the Verizon Interconnection Trunking Forecast Guide, as revised from time to time. This initial traffic forecast will provide the amount of traffic to be delivered to and from Verizon over each of the Interconnection Trunk groups in the LATA over the next eight (8) quarters.

  • COVID-19 Protocols Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth in the District’s Reopening and COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.
