COVID-19 Protocols definition

COVID-19 Protocols means the protocols and guidance setting out the requirements with which Clubs participating in the Competitions must comply as a result of the public health crisis associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, as issued and updated by The FA from time to time.
COVID-19 Protocols. Contractor will abide by all applicable COVID-19 protocols set forth by the District, and the safety guidelines for COVID-19 prevention established by the California Department of Public Health and the Ventura County Department of Public Health.

  • You and your guests also acknowledge that the COVID-19 Protocols may prove inadequate to prevent the exposure and transmission of COVID-19 and that it is possible that from time to time persons present at the Stadium or Complex or at any locations in which the Galaxy Games, Galaxy Playoff Games, Bonus Games, and related events may be held, may not comply fully with the COVID-19 Protocols.

  • Contractor shall comply and shall ensure that all subcontractors with COVID-19 Protocols and give notices required by applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, codes, rules and regulations, and lawful orders of public authorities applicable to performance of the Work.
