Product Service definition

Product Service means the Rivian Warranty services, any post-sale and post-delivery Support Services provided by Rivian to Amazon, an Affiliate thereof or an Authorized Purchaser, as applicable, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement performed in the Authorized Territory in order to maintain and support the Products, and other Product services expressly agreed upon in writing by the Parties that will be performed in each Authorized Territory that are reasonably required to maintain and support the Products.
