Support Service means an activity, such as information technology, accounting, human resources, legal, and other support functions that are required to support the ongoing delivery of core services.
Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.
input service means any service used or intended to be used by a supplier in the course or furtherance of business;

This definition does not include any video programming provided by a commercial mobile service provider defined in 47 USC 332(d) or provided solely as part of, and via, a service that enables users to access content, information, electronic mail, or other services offered over the public internet.

Direct service means providing services to minor or vulnerable adult when the services are rendered in the physical presence of the minor or vulnerable adult. Services include, but are not limited to: providing individual services such as counseling, mentoring, job coaching, training, job search activities, testing or providing mental health and medical services to DWS customers. Competing Service means implementation, consulting, support, maintenance, development and/or training services relating to or in connection with the use of any Company Products or Competing Products.
Third-Party Service means a service, product, or promotion provided by a third party that utilises, integrates with or is ancillary to the Services.
Diagnostic Service means an examination or procedure performed to obtain information regarding the medical condition of an outpatient.

Competing Product or Service means any product or service that is sold in competition with, or is being developed and that will compete with, a product or service developed, manufactured, or sold by Fiserv. For purposes of this Section 5, Competing Products or Services as to you are limited to products and/or services with respect to which you participated in the development, planning, testing, sale, marketing or evaluation on behalf of Fiserv during any part of your employment with Fiserv, or after the termination of your employment, during any part of the 24 months preceding the termination of your employment with Fiserv, or for which you supervised one or more Fiserv employees, units, divisions or departments in doing so.
Contract Services means the Services to be supplied by the Supplier to the Customer as set out in the Letter of Appointment;
Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.
Food Service means the distribution of prepared foods for consumption, including those food items prepared at the child care center; received by the center from approved food establishments; milk placed in a pitcher or other serving container; ice transported, stored and dispensed; bagged lunches sent from home; and the use of utensils to minimize direct food contact.
air service means a flight or a series of flights carrying passengers, cargo and/or mail for remuneration and/or hire;
Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.
