TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of coordinating efforts and sharing services for hosted computer services for the pdEnroller application system (collectively “Services”). A description of Services is listed in Exhibit C of this Agreement.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing the District with cooperative data processing services, software, and support services, as set forth in Exhibit C to this agreement (“Services”) and as mutually deemed acceptable to the District and ESD112. Service shall be delivered through the Southwest Washington Regional Service Center (SWRSC) and authorized partners.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing the District’s eligible students academic services and mental health support in a therapeutic environment at ESD112’s Xxxxx Center. Xxxxx is an ESD112 program, located at 0000 XX 00xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, XX 00000, providing services to students with unique needs and whose mental health challenges are the primary barrier to the student’s attendance or engagement in their school setting. Programming offers individualized support tailored to meet students’ educational and mental health needs with the goal of ultimately successfully transitioning the student back to their district school of origin with new and enhanced skills that support them in realizing their full educational potential.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing evaluation services, including participation in transition meetings for children, age birth through two years old, with disabilities who will be turning three years old and shall be considered for potential eligibility for three- to five- year-old services.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the Member ESDs are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing construction related services under the Interlocal Cooperative Agreement dated February 17, 2016, wherein the nine educational service districts of Washington State agreed to work together to provide services as authorized and listed in Exhibit B, Section 1.1.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of the District’s participation in the Student Threat Assessment Program administered by ESD112. The program provides a comprehensive, multi-agency system to assist schools in addressing students who pose a threat for committing acts of violence and to provide options for intervention.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing the District with audiological services, as mutually deemed acceptable, through the ESD112 Audiology Cooperative.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of participation in a system, facilitated by ESD112, for notifications to media and subscribers, for emergency notifications and other District news.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing the District with services to support utilization of the Clark County School Mobilization Assistance Response Team (SMART), as coordinated by ESD112. The provision of educational, instructional or specialized services in accordance with this Agreement will improve student learning or achievement.
TERMS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED. 1.1 ESD112 and the District are entering into this Agreement for the purpose of providing academic services and behavioral support for the District’s identified students in a therapeutic environment at the Quest Academy program. Quest Academy is a day treatment program operated by ESD112 at 0000 0xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 00000, with full-time therapists and low adult/student ratios.
