Day treatment program definition

Day treatment program means a public or private program that provides treatment of children with a mental illness, an emotional disturbance or another mental health issue.
Day treatment program means a structured, comprehensive program designed to improve or maintain a person’s ability to function in the community, which includes, but is not limited to, nonresidential, partial hospitalization programs, and day hospital programs; and
Day treatment program means nonresidential, partial hospitalization programs, day treatment programs, and day hospital programs as defined by subsection A of Section 175.20 of Title 10 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
