Evaluation Services. We may make certain Services or features available to You for evaluation purposes only (“Evaluation Services”). If Your Order Form specifies that You will receive Evaluation Services, then subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, personal, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Evaluation Services, solely for testing and evaluation purposes during the test period defined in the Order Form. Evaluation Services are performed in Our cloud production environment only. You will not use the Evaluation Services in a production environment or for production purposes. Beta Software is Our Confidential Information. We are not obligated to correct any bugs, defects, or errors in the Evaluation Services or otherwise support or maintain the Evaluation Services. Only Sections 1, 2, 4, 6-9, 12 and 15 of this Agreement apply to the Evaluation Services. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY WARRANTIES IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE EVALUATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. THE EVALUATION SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED FOR ANY PRODUCTIVE USE OF ANY KIND, AND WE HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY USE OUTSIDE OF THE TESTING ENVIRONMENT. YOUR USE OF THE EVALUATION SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. UPON EXPIRATION OF THE EVALUATION PERIOD, YOUR DATA WILL NO LONGER BE ACCESSIBLE, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF YOUR DATA.
Evaluation Services. MEDSchool Associates North will administer standard, state-of-the-art psychiatric services as defined in section 3.1 of this Attachment, in accordance with established policy, professional training, experience and community standards, which may include residency/medical student rotation. MEDSchool Associates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to adhere to the professional standards of psychiatric care and/or services, and comply with all local, state and federal statutes, rules and regulations relating to the University of Nevada’s School of Medicine performance under this Inter-local agreement.
3.1 Psychiatric Evaluations/Medical Supervision (M.D.): MEDSchool Associates North agrees to provide supervision of the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program Resident and psychiatric consultation on specific evaluations per month to District staff with regard to their clients/cases, including program oversight to ensure the medical appropriateness of the program and services. Medical supervision includes the on-going evaluation and monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of the services provided. MEDSchool Associates North shall be available for consultation, general program oversight and other duties as determined by the District concerning psychiatric issues for children and adolescents involved in the Washoe County School District system.
Evaluation Services. If We give You access to the Services for evaluation purposes, You can only use the Services in a non-production environment and for the period We notify You of in writing. If there is no evaluation period identified, then the Services will be available for 30 days from when You first access the Services. Regardless of any other terms in this Agreement, the Services provided for evaluation purposes are provided “AS-IS” without any express or implied support or warranty of any kind. If You violate this Section, We may charge You fees for Your use.
Evaluation Services. Arista may make the Subscription Services available to Customer for evaluation, training, beta testing or for other non-commercial purposes (“Evaluation Services”). Customer may use the Evaluation Services without paying Arista, subject to the following conditions: (i) Customer may use the Evaluation Services for evaluation purposes only in a non-production environment; (ii) use of any Software provided to Customer, either embedded on hardware or separately, as part of the Evaluation Services is subject to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ▇▇▇▇ as an evaluation license; (iii) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES OR INDEMENITIES PROVIDED HEREIN BY ARISTA CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREES THAT THE EVALUATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AND ARISTA HAS NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO THE EVALUATION SERVICES; and (iv) upon the termination or expiration of the Evaluation Services, Customer will return any hardware made available as part of the Evaluation Services to Arista, in a manner agreed to by the parties. Arista may revoke or suspend Customer’s access to the Evaluation Services at any time for any reason. Arista has no obligation to retain Customer data held by Arista in the course of providing the Evaluation Services
Evaluation Services. The Manager shall oversee and monitor the performance of the Portfolios' investment advisers and shall furnish to the Trust such information, evaluations, analyses and opinions regarding said performance as the Trustees may, from time to time, reasonably request; provided, however, that the Manager shall have no authority to make and shall not make investment decisions for the Portfolios nor furnish any advice with respect to the desireability of making such investment decisions.
Evaluation Services. Notwithstanding Section 2, if LogRhythm provides Customer with evaluation Services, then the term of use for such evaluation Services will be limited to the evaluation period specified in the Order or as otherwise determined by LogRhythm (“Evaluation Period”). Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, during the Evaluation Period, Customer’s use rights are for (a) internal evaluation purposes only in a non-production capacity and (b) to test and evaluate the Services to assist Customer in its decision to purchase Services. LogRhythm reserves the right to monitor Customer’s use of the evaluation Services. Customer’s use rights terminate immediately upon the expiration of the Evaluation Period. In addition to the terms this Section 5, Customer’s access to and use of any evaluation Services is also subject to any other agreement Customer agrees to before being given access to the evaluation Services. In addition. the evaluation Services are provided “AS IS” and no warranty obligations of LogRhythm will apply Support Services and service level obligations do not apply to any evaluation Services.
Evaluation Services. This section details the Services that are available under Evaluation Services to provide: Evaluation of Outcomes and Delivery - The Supplier shall comply with all aspects described in point (a) below;

Evaluation Services. In consideration of the fees by CLIENT in Section 3 of this contract, CLIENT is submitting a wastewater treatment system described as , hereinafter called MODEL. CLIENT desires to have GCT evaluate MODEL in accordance with the NSF/ANSI Standard , hereinafter referred to as STANDARD. MODEL shall be operated in accordance with CLIENT’s operating instructions and the applicable provisions of STANDARD. CLIENT is responsible for assuring proper installation of MODEL at GCT’s testing facility at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ and shall sign a form indicating MODEL was properly installed prior to the start of the evaluation. Fees and arrangements for installation and removal of the MODEL are the responsibility of the CLIENT. As part of the evaluation services, the CLIENT agrees to participate in and/or provide the following information:
1) Detailed information, including ingredients, for MODEL.
2) Detailed schematics of MODEL in CAD or PDF format
3) Manufacturing Procedures and Processes, as appropriate
4) Instructions/Manuals for the MODEL
5) Any additional information as required by STANDARD or GCT CLIENT is responsible for meeting all provisions of STANDARD, including correcting non- conformances, and GCT’s certification requirements.
Evaluation Services. 4.3.1. This paragraph applies to any Services that Fortix® makes available on an evaluation basis ("Evaluation Services").
4.3.2. You may only use the Evaluation Services for internal evaluation purposes for the period specified by Fortix® (or, if not specified, for 30 days), and may only permit a limited number of users (specified by Fortix® ) to access the Evaluation Services.
4.3.3. After the evaluation period, access to the Services will be terminated and Data entered will be deleted off Fortix® servers.
4.3.4. You acknowledge that Evaluation Services may not be fully functional.
4.3.5. Notwithstanding anything else in this Agreement, Fortix® does not offer any warranty, indemnity or support for any Evaluation Services.
