Termination for Cause, Death or Disability. (a) The Company may terminate Executive’s employment with the Company at any time for Cause. Executive’s employment with the Company may also be terminated due to Executive’s death or disability.

Termination for Cause, Death or Disability. If this Agreement is terminated by the Company pursuant to Sections 4.1 (Termination upon Death), 4.2 (Termination upon Disability) or 4.3 (Termination for Cause) hereof or in the event the Executive elects not to renew this Agreement pursuant to Section 2, the Executive shall receive only the amounts specified in clauses (iii), (iv) and (v) of Section 5.1 hereof.

In the event of your death, payment of accrued salary and vacation, if any exists at time of termination, will be paid to your estate. The continued vesting of the Option shall cease on the termination date, and your right to exercise any vested portion of Option shall be governed by the terms of the Equity Plan and the corresponding stock option agreement.
