Equity Plan means any plan, agreement or other arrangement that provides for the grant or issuance of equity or equity-based awards and that is now in effect or is hereafter adopted by the Partnership, the General Partner or the Special Limited Partner for the benefit of any of their respective employees or other service providers (including directors, advisers and consultants), or the employees or other services providers (including directors, advisers and consultants) of any of their respective Affiliates or Subsidiaries.

Equity Plan means any option, stock, unit, stock unit, appreciation right, phantom equity or other incentive equity or equity-based compensation plan or program, in each case, now or hereafter adopted by Pubco, including the Corporate Incentive Award Plan.

• The Executive shall be eligible to participate in the Parent Company Equity and Long-Term Incentive Plan (as amended from time to time, the “Equity Plan”), in the amounts and in the forms set forth in the appendix to this Agreement, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Equity Plan and the agreement(s) or other instrument(s) or document(s) evidencing the applicable award(s) (collectively, the “Equity Documentation”).

Equity Plan means the Amended and Restated Equity Incentive Plan adopted by the Corporation on April 3, 2012, as amended on February 24, 2014 and as further amended from time to time.
