Unvested Stock definition

Unvested Stock means the Shares issued under this Agreement for as long as such shares are subject to the Restrictions (as hereinafter defined) imposed by this Agreement, without regard to whether the issuance to and/or resale by the Director has been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Unvested Stock set forth in Section 1 of the Management Agreement are hereby deleted in their entirety.

Unvested Stock means "Unvested Stock" as defined in the Award Agreement.

• Unvested Stock Units shall also be cancelled in connection with an event that results in the Employee’s employer ceasing to be a Subsidiary of the Company.

More Definitions of Unvested Stock

Unvested Stock means all shares of Restricted Stock other than Vested Stock.

Unvested Stock means Stock which is not vested and with respect to Common Stock Equivalents, includes those that are either not vested or are not exercisable or both.

Unvested Stock means all the shares of Restricted Stock, Unit Stock, Bonus Stock and Option Stock other than Vested Stock.

Unvested Stock means a number of shares of Perox Xxxtems' common stock equal to the product of (a) 200,000 minus the number of shares of Restricted Stock purchased hereunder that Participant transfers to affiliates (who may be affiliated by marriage) of employees or consultants of Perox Xxxtems or its subsidiaries after the SBC Event and (b) 1 minus the quotient of the number of full months that Participant remains as a Director of Perox Xxxtems commencing on the Effective Date, divided by sixty months, provided that the number of the Unvested Stock shall never be less than zero (0).

Unvested Stock means the Unvested SBC Domestic Shares and the Unvested SBC Warburg Option Shares.
