Technology Requirements. The Customer is required to obtain and maintain, at the Customer’s own expense, compatible Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software approved for such use by Royal Bank, and which are up-to-date and unaltered from manufacturer specifications. Royal Bank is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties of any nature, with respect to any such Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software provided by any other Person. Royal Bank has the right, in its sole discretion, without notice, to make changes to this Service from time to time which may result in the Customer’s Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software no longer being compatible with this Service, and in such event, Royal Bank will have no responsibility or liability to the Customer or any other Person.

Technology Requirements. RBC Edge is only available for use with certain Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software, as determined by Royal Bank in its sole discretion. The Customer will ensure RBC Edge is used only with Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software approved for such use by Royal Bank, and which have not been altered from manufacturer specifications.
Technology Requirements. The Contractor must possess and maintain throughout the Term the computer technology and electronic devices sufficient to deliver the Services, and to submit invoices, reports and other information to WorkSafeBC. The Contractor’s computer technology and electronic devices, which includes but is not limited to computer equipment, hardware, software, security firewall and web browsers, must be current within six months of all security patches and upgrades and meet WorkSafeBC’s security and compatibility requirements as identified in “Provider Bulletins” issued by WorkSafeBC. WorkSafeBC reserves the right to change technology systems for invoicing, reporting and data submission at any time during the Term and may require the Contractor on 90 days’ written notice to the Contractor to obtain additional software, electronic devices or computer technology in order to be compatible with WorkSafeBC technology systems or business processes as the same may change or be updated from time to time in WorkSafeBC’s sole discretion.
Technology Requirements. The software enabling Buyer’s access to and use of Services is in the form of a mobile application and “software as a service.” Seller is not liable if Buyer does not have compatible technology or if it accesses or uses the wrong version of Services or software. Buyer shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use the Services, including, without limitation, adequate internet service, hardware, servers, software, operating systems, networking equipment, web servers and the like (collectively, “Equipment”).
