Reports and Other Information. (a) Notwithstanding that the Issuer may not be subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act or otherwise report on an annual and quarterly basis on forms provided for such annual and quarterly reporting pursuant to rules and regulations promulgated by the SEC, the Issuer shall file with the SEC (and make available to the Trustee and Holders of the Notes (without exhibits), without cost to any Holder, within 15 days after the Issuer files them with the SEC) from and after the Issue Date,
Reports and Other Information. (a) The Fund and the Investment Manager agree to furnish to each other, if applicable, current prospectuses, proxy statements, reports to shareholders, certified copies of their financial statements, and such other information with respect to their affairs as each may reasonably request. The Investment Manager further agrees to furnish to the Fund, if applicable, the same such documents and information pertaining to any sub-adviser as the Fund may reasonably request.

Reports and Other Information. (a) Whether or not the Company is subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act, so long as any Notes are outstanding, the Company shall have its annual consolidated financial statements audited by a nationally recognized firm of independent registered accountants and its interim consolidated financial statements reviewed by a nationally recognized firm of independent registered accountants in accordance with Statement on Auditing Standards No. 116 issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (or any similar replacement standard).

In the event that LGEC is not permitted to file such reports, documents and information with the SEC pursuant to the Exchange Act, LGEC will nevertheless make available such Exchange Act reports, documents and information to the Trustee and the Holders through its publicly available website as if LGEC were subject to the reporting requirements of Section 13 or 15(d) of the Exchange Act within the time periods specified therein or in the relevant forms, which requirement may be satisfied by posting such reports, documents and information on its website within the time periods specified by this Section 4.03. For the avoidance of doubt, the information and reports referred to in this Section 4.03(a) shall not be required to contain separate financial information for Guarantors that would be required under Rule 3-10 of Regulation S-X promulgated by the SEC (or any successor provision).
