Support Service Requests. Customer may utilize the Internet based support tool to contact the NAVITAIRE Support Center electronically for the standard support service requests or questions. The NAVITAIRE Support Center shall assign urgency (high, medium, low) to each support service request in its sole discretion. These services are subject to the Support Fees as described in Exhibit K, Section 1.3, and are undertaken at the sole discretion of NAVITAIRE. All efforts required for such support service requests are payable by Customer. NAVITAIRE response targets for High, Medium, and Low standard support service requests are provided in the table below. Support Service Requests. In the event of an Issue with the Software, the Support Contact should engage E-Mail Support or Telephone Support. Licensor will assign one of the following Severity Levels to each reported Issue based on the information provided by the Support Contact: Defect Severity Level Severity 1 Severity 2 Severity 3 Severity 4 Severity Description Critical Medium Low Low - Cosmetic Definition System being substantially or completely nonfunctional or inoperative. Normal service has been disrupted. Business risk is high. Affects the accuracy of production data and/or inhibits the ability for one or more licensee to comply with reporting requirements. Data is accurate and the system is usable, but not functioning as designed. Business risk is moderate to low. A cosmetic deficiency (e.g. misspelled word or color irregularity) not affecting the functionality of the System.

  • Compliance Support Services Provide compliance policies and procedures related to services provided by BNY Mellon and, if mutually agreed, certain of the BNY Mellon Affiliates; summary procedures thereof; and periodic certification letters. · Such Compliance Support Services are administrative in nature and do not constitute, nor shall they be construed as constituting, legal advice or the provision of legal services for or on behalf of a Fund or any other person, and such services are subject to review and approval by the applicable Fund and by the Fund’s legal counsel. · Provide access to Fund records so as to permit the Fund or TRP to test the performance of BNY Mellon in providing the services under this Agreement. · Such Compliance Support Services performed by BNY Mellon under this Agreement shall be at the request and direction of the Fund and/or its chief compliance officer (the “Fund’s CCO”), as applicable.   • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.
