Supervisory Employee's Responsibility. If a grievance arises as a result of the exercise of managerial or supervisory authority by any employee, the Union recognizes that the first responsibility of such employee is to the Employer, and it will not attempt in any way to influence such employee to act otherwise.

  • Employee’s Responsibility WORK START TIME Employees shall be in their respective assigned working locations, ready to commence work at their designated starting times, and they shall not leave their working locations at times or in a manner inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
