MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 7.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the Employer in the management and direction of the Public Service.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 5.01 Except to the extent provided herein, this Agreement in no way restricts the authority of those charged with managerial responsibilities in the Company.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. The term "Managerial --------------------------- Responsibilities" for purposes of this Agreement shall mean managerial and supervisory responsibilities and duties that are substantially the same as those Executive is performing for SunTrust or a SunTrust Affiliate on the date of this Agreement.

The Board has the right and obligation to efficiently manage and conduct the operation of the District within its legal limitations and to adopt, repeal or modify policies, rules, and regulations insofar as such actions are not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.01 The Union recognizes that it is the function of the employer to exercise the regular and customary function of management and to direct the working forces of The City of St. Xxxxxx, subject to the terms of this Agreement. The question of whether any of these rights is limited by this Agreement may be decided through the grievance procedure.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES. The Union recognizes the right, duty and responsibility of the Employer to organize the operation of the work force employed in the Horizon School Division #205, to maintain order, discipline and efficiency, and to manage and direct the employees in their duties, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
