Supervision and Security. 1. LSC may provide supervision or security personnel to control the access of persons to the Facility or to monitor or supervise any of the activities occurring at the Facility before, during or after each period of use. Licensee agrees to follow and cause all Licensee Parties to follow the directives of LSC personnel, including security personnel, with regard to use of the Facility (including all parking lot rules and directions).
Supervision and Security. 12.1. BASEBALL shall comply with all NVC-DAS and DISTRICT approved policies and regulations and all applicable federal and state laws, concerning welfare, safety and health of employees, visitors, volunteers and others.
Supervision and Security. During the use of a HCPS facility, it is the responsibility of the GSCM on-site representative to ensure that participants are always properly supervised. The onsite representative must be present during the time the building is in use to supervise planned activities.

Supervision and Security. Supervision of Services, the standards of performance, and other matters incident to the performance of Services, shall remain with RPD. Established security practices of the host dispatch system shall remain with RPD. RCCD agrees to comply with reasonable requests of RPD relating to maintenance of the security of the host dispatch system.
Supervision and Security. During the Term of this Agreement, Trinity Center shall be responsible for all supervision and security of those portions of the Armory site utilized in connection with the shelter. Trinity Center is responsible for the provision of all necessary personnel in connection with its operation of the shelter and acknowledges that the City will not be providing personnel for such purposes. Additionally, Trinity Center is required to employ a uniformed security officer as more particularly described in the License, who will be present at the Armory site each evening from at least one hour prior to the opening of the shelter until one hour following “lights out”. Selection of security guard services by Trinity Center shall be done in consultation with, and subject to approval by, the Walnut Creek Police Department. Trinity Center shall provide the City with a copy of the security services contract showing its compliance with the requirements of this paragraph at least fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of any operations at the shelter.
Supervision and Security. City shall provide customary supervision and security while using the Facilities. To the extent and at such times as City has exclusive use of any Facility, City shall maintain the security of the Facility by the proper use of all security systems and devices provided by District.
