Start Up Fees. All fees for start up of the services provided under this Agreement will be born by the Party incurring the cost in support of provision of the services defined in this Agreement.
Start Up Fees. A start-up fee of NOK X is due and will be invoiced upon signing of this Agreement. This fee is a one-time compensation for work performed by all Study site staff in the planning phase of the Study. In addition, start-up fees for service departments will be invoiced with NOK [5.556] to Laboratory department, NOK [7.778] to Radiology department and NOK [5.844] to Pathology department All start-up fees will be invoiced upon signing of this Agreement. The start-up fees will not be refunded should the planned time for enrolment of first Subject not be met, or should no Subjects be enrolled in the study from this hospital.
Start Up Fees. Start up fees apply to certain Subscription Services. If the Subscription Service includes start up fees, Motorola will submit an invoice for the start up fees on the Effective Date.

Adviser shall pay to NFS a one-time start up fee (“Start Up Fee”) for Fidelity’s initial set up and preparation to support a new group or family of Funds as set forth in Exhibit C, which shall be due and payable to NFS upon the execution of this Agreement and prior to the availability of any such Fund through the Channels.
Start Up Fees. The parties agree that the start-up costs incurred by DAC in support of the Program will be paid by HP as further provided in this subsection 4.2. DAC estimates that Program start-up costs will be (i) $ [**2**] for the costs outlined in the matrix included within this subsection 4.2, plus (ii) costs incurred by DAC in response to additional Program requirements approved by HP in writing, plus (iii) costs incurred by DAC for salary/wages and burden associated with personnel hires in support of the Program that are approved in writing by HP.
Start Up Fees. For each start-up of a gas turbine requested by NAPOCOR, or for mutually agreed testing, NAPOCOR shall pay a fee computed on the following basis: S = (RE * AER) where: S = Start Up Fee.
Start Up Fees. Fund/Agent shall pay to NFS a one-time start up fee (“Start Up Fee”) for Fidelity’s initial set up and preparation to support a new group or family of Funds. The amount of the Start Up Fee is set forth on Exhibit A and shall be due and payable to NFS the earlier of: (i) 30 days from the execution of this Agreement; or (ii) the availability of any such Fund to customers of Fidelity and Correspondents. The identity and description of each Fund which is subject to this Agreement shall be set forth in Exhibit B, as amended from time to time.
Start Up Fees. Client shall pay the sum of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) for the initial design, development and programming services to add a Wheels to Prosper page to the Client’s existing DRIVE designed and hosted site and to include this page in the DRIVE Wheels to Prosper site. Such fee shall be due within ten (10) days following the date of this Agreement, and is non-refundable. All other terms and provisions of said contract shall remain in full force and effect and encompass and apply to the new Wheels to Prosper web pages and web site. Start Up Fees. In consideration of the services provided by Forum to begin the operations of a new Fund, the Trust shall pay Forum, with respect to each Fund, the fees set forth in clause (iii) of Appendix B hereto. The fees payable for these services shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of the calendar month after the Fund commences operations.
