Principal Investigator on behalf of itself and Study Site Staff acknowledge and confirm that their attendance at a Study Meeting directly relates to their participation in the Study and is not an inducement to, or in return for, future or past prescribing, purchasing, use, preferential formulary status or dispensing of any Sponsor product. When attending Study Meetings Principal Investigator on behalf of itself and Study Site Staff represent and warrant that their attendance is authorized by their employer and will not cause them to be in non-compliance with or in breach of any policy, procedure or contract.
