Initial Design definition

Initial Design has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(d)(i).

Initial Design has the meaning established in Section 4.1.2.

Initial Design is the mask set for the implementation of the Jazz PSA Platform and iNSECT PSA IC in the first iNSECT PSA IC sold to a THLC customer, and any modifications to such mask set solely as a result of error corrections and conversions to lower geometries.

Examples of Initial Design in a sentence

• The Initial Design (as described in Section 4.1(d)(i) below) shall detail any structural or other modifications that must be performed at the Project Site in order for the contemplated System to be installed.

• Seller shall have the sole and exclusive responsibility and liability for the design, installation and performance of the System, notwithstanding Purchaser’s review, comment or approval of the Initial Design, Revised Design, or Final Design; the fact that the RFP included certain standards or requirements for any of the Services; or the fact that Purchaser participated in certain design development activities that resulted in the finalization of the Final Design.

• Following receipt of the Initial Design, Project Schedule, and Annual Contract Quantity as provided in Section 4.1(d), Purchaser shall promptly review and, as soon as reasonably practicable, provide comments to such document by Notice to Seller but in no event shall such period to review and provide comments exceed thirty (30) Business Days following Purchaser’s receipt thereof.

• You should be modifying your Initial Design, not starting over with a new design each time.

• The Initial Design Submittal must include 5 Plans, specifications, and other pertinent data needed to verify the design, as applicable with 6 each Initial Design Submittal.

• The Contractor shall participate in Initial Design Reviews (IDR) and Engineering Design Reviews (EDR) to inform project lead of proposed solutions, answer technical questions and seek approval to proceed or finalize projects from project lead.

• In the event that Intellon has not transferred the Initial Design to Intel, and if Intellon elects to produce and offer as a commercial product one or more subsequent iterations of the Initial Design and the Delivery Requirements (as defined below) for such subsequent iteration have been met, Intellon shall deliver to Intel, in lieu of the Initial Design, the subsequent iteration of the Initial Design (a “Subsequent Design”).

• Subject to an award of sufficient Federal Funds and a modification to this Agreement setting out an updated estimate and Party Share maximum limits, the Parties will proceed with the remaining design phase activities from the completion of the Initial Design Phase up to the point of advertising for a construction contract (the “Final Design Phase”).

• In the event Intel exercises the Option, Intellon shall only be obligated to deliver one Design to Intel, which Design shall be either in the form of the Initial Design or in the form of a Subsequent Design, as provided in this Exhibit.

More Definitions of Initial Design

Initial Design has the meaning set forth in Section 4(b)(iii) of this Agreement. “Initial Period” has the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

Initial Design means the written materials submitted by Buyer to Seller on or about January 3, 2018 representing Xxxxx’s proposal for the redevelopment of the Site.
