New Fund definition

New Fund means each of the series portfolios of the Trust, one of which shall correspond to one of the Current Funds as shown on Schedule A.
New Fund means an Amendment Fund that is not an Existing Fund.
New Fund means a benefit fund that is or is to be established under Division 1 for the purposes of a restructure under this Division.

  • In the event that any party wishes to include one or more series in addition to those originally set forth on Schedule A or Schedule B (each such series a “New Fund”), such party shall so notify the other party in writing, and, upon written agreement, each New Fund shall hereunder become an Acquiring Fund or an Acquired Fund, as the case may be, and Schedule A or Schedule B, as appropriate, shall be amended accordingly.


More Definitions of New Fund

New Fund means each Series which does not appear on Schedule 2 to the Credit Agreement as in effect immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date and which does appear on Schedule 2 to this Amendment, (iv) “Existing Borrower” means each Borrower immediately prior to the Amendment Effective Date, (v) “Continuing Borrower” means an Existing Borrower that will be a Borrower on the Amendment Effective Date, (vi) “New Borrower” means a Series Borrower acting on behalf of and for the account of a New Fund, and (vii) “Amendment Borrowers” means each Continuing Borrower and each New Borrower.
