Souvenirs. A. No exhibitor will be permitted to display or distribute literature, souvenirs or any promotion outside the confines of the assigned booth space in the Exhibitor Showcase without written approval from Show Management. Badge lanyards and badge holders may not be distributed as souvenirs to attendees. Show Management also reserves the right to remove, at Exhibitor cost, any promotional material or product deemed by Show Management as not suitable for display at Inland Marine Expo.

Lessee shall be responsible for supplying, and shall be entitled to any and all revenues derived from, the sale of Lessee's Souvenirs. In no event and under no circumstances shall Lessee sell any Souvenirs other then Lessee's Souvenirs in or about the Stadium.

Souvenirs. The Licensee shall not sell souvenir items, or contract with another to sell such items, without prior approval from the County. Licensee shall contact the County seven (7) days prior to the Event in order to receive approval. A fee may be assessed to the Licensee in order to sell items on County property and facilities. The fee, if assessed, shall be paid no later than five (5) days after each Event.
Souvenirs. The City of Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Recreation Department reserves the right to refuse the sale of any item it deems as dangerous or annoying. Gate Receipts – Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Recreation reserves the right to approve any and all gate operations. If you are charging a gate fee, please indicate how much . Tournaments with 20 or more teams may be required to pay a gate fee of $1 per person to Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Recreation Department. Duplicate tickets must be used to verify the amount of tickets sold. Ticket sale proceeds must be paid at the end of each day to the Xxxxxx Xxxxx and Recreation employee on duty.
