Shipping Services definition

Shipping Services has the meaning given such term in Clause 3(a)(iii).

Shipping Services means the receipt of a filled, packaged Prescription from the Delivery Point and the delivery of the Prescription to the appropriate Eligible Person. Shipping Services may be provided by RxAMERICA.

Shipping Services means services further described in Section 6.d of the present Terms that facilitate the delivery of Shipments to international Shoppers;
