Authorized Company definition

Authorized Company. REPRESENTATIVE shall mean any officer or other employee of the Company at the time designated to act on behalf of the Company by written certificate furnished to the Authority and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by its President, Senior Vice President or a Vice President and its Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary or an Assistant Secretary.
