Purpose of Amendment. The Company and you desire to amend the Agreement as set forth in Section 2 hereof.
Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the second amendment to the Original Agreement between City and Contractor which was duly executed on the 5th day of April 2016 for contractor to provide professional plumbing repair and installation services on facility plumbing systems owned by the City of Laramie. Purpose of Amendment. The Company and you desire to amend the Agreement as set forth in Section 2 hereof and to include in this amendment the revision to the "Total Restricted Subsidiary Debt" definition, which revision was included in the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement, dated as of December 15, 1998 among Comerica Bank, as collateral agent, the lenders under the Credit Agreement and the holders of the Notes and other notes issued by the Company.
Purpose of Amendment. The Company and you desire to amend the Agreement to modify various covenants in and add certain definitions to the Agreement.
Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute the Second Amendment to the Agreement between the City and LCCC (hereinafter referred to as the “Original Agreement”) which was duly executed on the 1st Day of July, 2018 to permit LCCC students to utilize the facilities of City’s Recreation Center as members. The purpose of Amendment Number Two is to revive the Contract Amendment 1, which expired June 30, 2021, and extend the term through June 30, 2022.

The purpose of this Amendment is to revise Paragraph 3 of the Original Agreement to extend the term of the Lease an additional three (3) years.
