Scholarship Payments. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to pay on behalf of the Recipient a scholarship payment for each *semester that Recipient spends from the date of this Agreement in pursuit of an entry level approved position from an accredited school (the “Scholarship Payment”) as long as the Recipient remains in good standing and is successfully progressing through the selected program. The Scholarship Payment is based on actual tuition, required books, and fees per semester as defined by your degree plan. Any courses taken that are not in your degree plan will not be considered for payment by the Scholarship Program. In consideration of any and all such Scholarship Payments received, Recipient agrees to continuous, full-time employment as a licensed with Xxxxxxx for the time period defined on Chart A below and as described herein, with a minimum commitment of two years. The “Employment Period,” as used herein, shall mean the time period that the Recipient shall continue full-time employment with Xxxxxxx as detailed in Chart A below, commencing from the date of licensure. Scholarship Payments. Per CSU policy, any scholarship payments must be reported to the Scholarship and Financial Aid Office. An acknowledgment letter from Financial Aid Office should be forwarded to Campus Organization Accountant for documentation purposes.
Scholarship Payments. (a) The payment of the contribution to travel costs will be made once annually, upon arrival at the hosting Partner University for the 1st and 3rd semester of the programme.

  • SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education.   • Scholarly Sharing On an ad hoc basis, Authorized Users may transmit to a third party in hard copy or electronically, minimal, insubstantial amounts of the Licensed Materials for personal use or scholarly, educational, or scientific research or professional use in the nature of collaboration, comment, or the scholarly exchange of ideas but in no case for resale or commercial purposes or in a manner that would substitute for direct access to the Licensed Materials via services offered by Licensor.
