Scholarship Payments. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Xxxxxxx agrees to pay on behalf of the Recipient a scholarship payment for each *semester that Recipient spends from the date of this Agreement in pursuit of an entry level approved position from an accredited school (the “Scholarship Payment”) as long as the Recipient remains in good standing and is successfully progressing through the selected program. The Scholarship Payment is based on actual tuition, required books, and fees per semester as defined by your degree plan. Any courses taken that are not in your degree plan will not be considered for payment by the Scholarship Program. In consideration of any and all such Scholarship Payments received, Recipient agrees to continuous, full-time employment as a licensed with Xxxxxxx for the time period defined on Chart A below and as described herein, with a minimum commitment of two years. The “Employment Period,” as used herein, shall mean the time period that the Recipient shall continue full-time employment with Xxxxxxx as detailed in Chart A below, commencing from the date of licensure.
