SCHEDULE OF VALUES A. Prior to the first request for payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Designer and the Owner’s Project Manager, a Schedule of Values of the various portions of the Work in sufficient detail to reflect various major components of each trade, including quantities when requested, aggregating the total contract sum, and divided so as to facilitate payments based upon the progress of the work among other things under each Section. The schedule shall be prepared in such form as specified or as the Designer or the Owner’s Project Manager may approve, and it shall include data to substantiate its accuracy. Each item in the Schedule of Values shall include its proper share of overhead and profit. This schedule, including breakdown and values, requires the approval of the Designer and the Owner’s Project Manager and shall be used only as a basis for the Contractor's request for payment. 1.4 SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCTS DATA, AND SAMPLES A. General: 1. Review and submit to the Designer and where outlined below to the Owner’s Project Manager, shop drawings, project data and samples required by Specifications Sections in hard and electronic copies. 2. No submissions made by FAX will be accepted. 3. The Construction Manager, within the time frame stated in Section 013200 – CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS DOCUMENTATION after the Pre-Construction Meeting, shall prepare and submit for the Designer and the Owner’s Project Manager’s approval, a Schedule of Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples required to be submitted for the Work. The schedule shall indicate, by trade, the date by which final approval of each item must be obtained, and shall be revised as required by conditions of Architectural Engineers now IMEG Town of Wellesley Xxxxxx Building Generator the Work, subject to the Owner’s Project Manager’s approval. The Schedule of Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples shall correspond with the construction schedule so that the submissions relate to the time when the products and/or systems will be required on the site. Neither the Designer nor the Owner’s Project Manager will approve a schedule that calls for out-of-sequence submittals.

SCHEDULE OF VALUES A. Unless otherwise specified, within fourteen (14) days after the date of Contract Execution, the Contractor shall submit to the County a detailed Schedule of Values that identifies the various activities of the Contract Work and their values and quantities, including the overhead and profit for each activity. The Contractor warrants that the values identified in its Schedule of Values accurately reflect the value of each work activity. The Schedule of Values shall be used as a basis for calculating all Progress Payments. Payment for Contract Work shall be made only for and in accordance with those activities identified in the Schedule of Values.

  • Schedule of Values 9.2.1 Before the first Application for Payment, the Contractor shall submit to the Architect a schedule of values allocated to the various portions of the Work, prepared in such form and supported by such data to substantiate its accuracy as the Architect may require. This schedule, unless objected to by the Architect, shall be used only as a basis for the Contractor's Applications for Payment.
