Major Components definition
Major Components means, with respect to a wind turbine, the tower, the rotor, the gear box, the hub, the blades, the low voltage distribution panel and the converter.
Major Components means the major components of the common elements, whether real or personal property, which the association is responsible for maintaining, repairing, replacing or restoring, including, without limitation, amenities, improvements, furnishings, fixtures, finishes, systems and equipment.
Major Components means the seating hall of the theater, stage, plaza, and atrium of the DPAC.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, all Major Components replaced or repaired by Provider pursuant to this Agreement shall be of like quality and performance to the Major Components being replaced.

Major Components shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.
Major Components means all Photovoltaic Panels, Inverters, Meters, remote monitoring systems and racking systems. “Maximum Liability” means, with respect to a Party, an amount equal to the total amount paid or to be paid by Company to Provider under the terms of this Agreement in any given year, less the amount of any damages paid by such Party under this Agreement. “Meter” means the component of a Project that measures and records the electricity generated by the Project. “Non-Agreed Emergency Services” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02. “Non-Agreed System Services” means any services relating to the Projects that are not Included System Services. “Non-Routine Services” has the meaning set forth in Part II of Exhibit A. “Non-Prepaid Project” means any Project owned by any Affiliate of the Company for which a Host Customer is obligated to make monthly payments for either leasing or purchasing electricity from such Project. “Origination Fee” has the meaning set forth in Schedule A.
Major Components mean the Equipment’s engines, transmissions, differentials, hydraulic pumps and/or motors, structural parts, ropes, computer systems and/or control systems.
Major Components means the gearbox, generator, blade, rotor hub, Tower, nacelle, yaw gears, main shaft, pedestal for main shaft bearings, yaw motors, power and control panel, nacelle control panel, and nacelle bed plate, including with respect to each of such components its respective parts and components, but excluding Consumable Parts included in each of such components.

"Member(s)" shall mean and refer to every person or entity holding a Membership.
