Final Approval in this sense shall mean formal recognition that the Engineering Services have been fully carried out.

Final Approval in this sense shall mean formal recognition that the Basic Services have been fully carried out.

Final Approval means the date that the Court enters an order and judgment granting final approval of the Settlement and determines the amount of fees, costs, and expenses awarded to Class Counsel and the amount of the Service Awards (as defined in Paragraph 79). In the event that the Court issues separate orders addressing the foregoing matters, then Final Approval means the date of the last of such orders.
