Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

• The parties agree to accept non-material and procedural changes to this Settlement Agreement if so required by the Court in connection with Final Approval of the Settlement, but under no circumstances are Defendants obligated to accept any changes to the amount of the Settlement Sum, the scope of the releases, or any other substantive change to the Settlement such as to the programmatic relief provided for herein.
