Final Approval definition

Final Approval means the Court’s order granting final approval of the Settlement.

Final Approval means the date that the Court enters an order and judgment granting final approval of the Settlement and determines the amount of fees, costs, and expenses awarded to Class Counsel and the amount of the Service Award to Plaintiff.

Final Approval in this sense shall mean formal recognition that the Engineering Services have been fully carried out.
