Electronic Copies. Each of the parties hereto shall be entitled to rely on delivery of a facsimile or PDF copy of this Agreement and acceptance by each such party of any such facsimile or PDF copy shall be legally effective to create a valid and binding agreement between the parties hereto in accordance with the terms hereof.
Electronic Copies. The electronically stored copy of your (or your agent’s) signature, any written instructions or authorizations, the HSA Enrollment and Agreement Form and the Agreement and Disclosures is considered to be the true, complete, valid, authentic and enforceable record, admissible in judicial, administrative or arbitration proceedings to the same extent as if the documents and records were originally generated and maintained in printed form. You agree to not contest the admissibility or enforceability of FPS’s electronically stored copy of such documents in any proceeding between you and FPS.
Electronic Copies. The Engineer shall furnish the State with a CD or DVD of the final plans in the format of current CADD system used by the State, .pdf format, and in the State’s File Management System (FMS) format. The Engineer shall also provide separate CD or DVD containing cross section information (in dgn, XLR, & ASCII formats) for the State contractor to use. The Engineer shall provide an electronic copy of Primavera file or the latest scheduling program used by the State for construction time estimate. With the approval of the State, and in lieu of the above, the Engineer may maintain the project files in the State’s ProjectWise container. The handoff of the electronic files will be via email to the State, with a URN link to the project location in ProjectWise provided in the email.
Electronic Copies. Lender may copy, electronically or otherwise, and thereafter destroy, the originals of this Agreement and/or Related Documents in the regular course of Lender’s business. All such copies produced from an electronic form or by any other reliable means (i.e., photographic image or facsimile) shall in all respects be considered equivalent to an original, and Borrower hereby waives any rights or objections to the use of such copies.

Electronic Copies. This Agreement may be executed by electronic or facsimile means and in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
Electronic Copies. The Company may choose to deliver certain materials relating to the Plan in electronic form. By accepting this Award Agreement, the Grantee consents and agrees that the Company may deliver the Plan prospectus and the Company’s annual report to Grantee in an electronic format. If at any time Grantee would prefer to receive paper copies of these documents, the Company will provide such copies upon request.
