Schedule for Payment of Basic Fee. The Basic Fee under Article 5 (above) shall be paid in accordance with the Approved Work Plan Schedule of Values included within each delivery order, for performance of all services described in each specific delivery order. Unless otherwise Approved, a Schedule of Values/Staff Effort table shall be inclusive of each staff member at their compensation rate, multiplied by the number of hours for each task, plus any expenses/reimbursables for each phase of services. This will represent a not-to-exceed cost for each phase of work under the agreed upon Scope of Services. In the case where MassDevelopment Approves a form of lump-sum payment for a specific project (rather than method described in the above paragraph), then the Work Plan Schedule of Values shall be consistent with the following schedule, so that the total installments of the Basic Fee in each phase of the schedule equals the percentage of the Basic Fee allocated to each such phase of the schedule below. Actual payments can be requisitioned by the Designer upon completion of deliverables within each phase as set forth in the Approved Work Plan Schedule of Values: 15% for the schematics design phase services; 25% for the design development phase services; 30% for the construction documents phase services; 30% for the construction administration phase services. The Designer shall submit requisitions on a monthly basis for any deliverables completed within that month. MassDevelopment shall not be obliged to pay any claims received more than 45 days after notification to the Designer of final acceptance of the contractor's work under the Construction Contract.

  • Due date for payment The settlement date for each Tax Invoice issued by the Distributor must be the 20th day of the month in which the Tax Invoice is received, or if the 20th day of the month is not a Working Day, the first Working Day after the 20th day. However, if the Distributor fails to send a Tax Invoice to the Trader within 10 Working Days after the last day of the month to which the Tax Invoice relates, the due date for payment is extended by 1 Working Day for each Working Day that the Tax Invoice is late.

  • Refund or Payment upon Termination If this Agreement is terminated by You in accordance with Section 12.3 (Termination), We will refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination. If this Agreement is terminated by Us in accordance with Section 12.3, You will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms. In no event will termination relieve You of Your obligation to pay any fees payable to Us for the period prior to the effective date of termination.

  • Time for Payment Interconnection Customer must provide the additional Security, in a form and with terms as required by Section 212.4, within 15 days after its receipt of Transmission Provider’s notice under this section. The requirement for additional Security under this section shall be treated as a milestone included in the Interconnection Service Agreement pursuant to Section 212.5.

  • Progress Payments; Retainage A. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor’s Applications for Payment on or about the first day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in Paragraph 6.02.A.1 below, provided that such Applications for Payment have been submitted in a timely manner and otherwise meet the requirements of the Contract. All such payments will be measured by the Schedule of Values established as provided in the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no Schedule of Values, as provided elsewhere in the Contract.

  • 213 Periodic Payment Schedule Pur- chaser shall make periodic payments for stumpage value, as shown in A19. In the event Purchaser has not paid the amount(s) stated in A19 as stumpage for volume removed by the periodic payment determination date(s), Forest Service shall issue a bill for collection for the difference between the required amount and payments made by Purchaser. If payment(s) fall due on a date other than a normal billing date, the payment date shall be extended to coincide with the next Timber Sale Account billing date. The amount of the periodic payment(s) will be re- duced if the payment(s) would result in Purchaser’s credit balance for timber charges exceeding the Current Con- tract Value.   • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.

  • No Change to Payment Schedule Any application of payments, insurance proceeds, or Miscellaneous Proceeds to principal due under the Note will not extend or postpone the due date, or change the amount, of the Periodic Payments.

  • Payment of Additional Costs If termination of this contract is due to the failure of the Engineer to fulfill its contract obligations, the State may take over the project and prosecute the work to completion, and the Engineer shall be liable to the State for any additional cost to the State.
