Progress Payments; Retainage. A. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor’s Applications for Payment on or about the first day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in Paragraph 6.02.A.1 below, provided that such Applications for Payment have been submitted in a timely manner and otherwise meet the requirements of the Contract. All such payments will be measured by the Schedule of Values established as provided in the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no Schedule of Values, as provided elsewhere in the Contract.
Progress Payments; Retainage. Owner shall make monthly progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment, no more often than monthly during construction as provided below. Each Application for Payment shall be based on the schedule of values established in paragraph 2.7 of the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units properly completed) or, in the event there is no schedule of values, as provided in the General Conditions. Such Application for Payment shall be supported by such data substantiating Contractor's right to payment as Owner may require, such as copies of requisitions from subcontractors and material suppliers.
Progress Payments; Retainage. A. NBU shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of the Contractor’s Applications for Payment within 30 days of NBU’s acceptance of the payment application:

OWNER shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of CONTRACTOR's Applications for Payment on or about the 15th day of each month during performance of the Work as provided in paragraphs 5.02(l)(A) and 5.02(l)(B). County shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment as recommended by Engineer, on or about the fifteenth (15th) day of each month during construction as provided in paragraph 4.1.1. All such payments will be measured based on the number of units completed. Payments to the Contractor shall in no way imply approval or acceptance of Contractor’s work.

OWNER shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of CONTRACTOR's Applications for Payment as recommended by ARCHITECT, on or about the Friday following either the first or third Thursday of each month, depending upon the timing of submittals and approvals, as provided in paragraphs 6.02.A.1 and 6.02.A.2 below. All such payments will be measured by the schedule of values established in paragraph 2.07.A of the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no schedule of values, as provided in the General Requirements:
Progress Payments; Retainage. Contractor shall deliver Contractor’s Applications for Payment to Project Manager on or before the third (3rd) day of each month. Owner shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of Contractor's Applications for Payment as recommended by Project Manager, on or about the twenty-sixth (26th) day of each month during construction as provided in paragraphs 5.02.A and 5.02.B below.
Progress Payments; Retainage. OWNER shall make progress payments on account of the Contract Price on the basis of DESIGN/BUILDER's Applications for Payment, as provided in this Section 4.01.B. Progress payments shall be due and payable in accordance with 13.04 of the General Conditions. All such payments will be measured by the acceptable Schedule of Values established under paragraph 2.03.A of the General Conditions.
