Basic Fee definition

Basic Fee means the annual retainer payable to an Eligible Director at the annual rate in effect on the Accounting Date for such Eligible Director’s services on the Board (exclusive of any Chairperson Fee, Non-Executive Chairman Fee or Meeting Fees.)

More Definitions of Basic Fee

Basic Fee means the base management fee paid by Owner to pursuant to Section 9.1. “Building” - shall mean a building with 543 guest rooms (with the potential of 19 additional rooms), restaurant(s), lounge(s), conference and meeting rooms and a 5-level underground parking garage.
Basic Fee means the compensation provided to the Architect for providing Basic Services.
