RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BUILDING. Tenant shall comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Building with respect to safety, care, cleanliness, parking, and preservation of good order in the Building that Landlord may establish from time to time for tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any failure of any other tenants of the Building to comply with such Rules and Regulations, attached hereto as "Exhibit C".

The sash doors, sashes, windows, glass doors, lights, and skylights that reflect or admit light into the halls or other places of the Building shall not be covered or obstructed. The toilets and urinals shall not be used for any purpose other than those for which they were constructed, and no rubbish, newspapers or other substances of any kind shall be thrown into them. Waste and excessive or unusual use of water shall not be allowed. RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BUILDING. Tenant shall perform and comply with reasonable Rules and Regulations of the Building with respect to safety, care, cleanliness, parking and preservation of good order in the Building that may be established from time to time by Landlord for tenants of the Building. Such rules and regulations and any changes shall apply equally to all tenants. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any failure of any other tenants of the Building to comply with such Rules and Regulations, attached hereto as Exhibit "C", except in the event of an unreasonable refusal to enforce such rule after written notice from Tenant.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BUILDING. As a condition to the use of the premises, Tenant shall comply with all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by Landlord from time to time for any and all tenants in the building. Landlord shall not be responsible for the nonobservance by any other Tenant of said rules and regulations. The Houston Visitor Center is a non-smoking and pet-free complex in its entirety. A violation of the no smoking/no pet policy may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and eviction at the sole discretion of the Landlord.

The Tenant shall comply and cause Tenant’s agents, employees and invitees to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations of the Landlord for the Building and the Landlord’s property surrounding the same, provided the Tenant is given a written copy of such rules and regulations. (See Exhibit C)

The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from a violation of this rule shall be borne by Tenant.

Tenant shall perform and comply with the Rules and Regulations of the Building set out in Exhibit E attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes, and, upon written notice thereof, all other rules and regulations with respect to safety, care, cleanliness, and preservation of good order in the Building that reasonably may be established from time to time by Landlord for all tenants of the Building. Landlord shall not have any liability to Tenant for any failure of any other tenants of the Building to comply with such Rules and Regulations.

Such rules and regulations shall apply uniformly to all Tenants and occupants of the Building. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any failure of any other tenants of the Building to comply with such Rules and Regulations, but Landlord will diligently use all legal means to enforce the Rules and Regulations for all tenants.
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF BUILDING. As a condition to use of the premises, Tenant shall comply with all reasonable written rules and regulation promulgated by Landlord, from time to time, for all Tenants in the building that are prominently posted in or about the building, or delivered to Tenant.
