The "Use and Services" clause defines the terms under which a party may access and utilize the services or products provided under the agreement. USE AND SERVICES. I may use an Account for my personal banking needs. Unless you have agreed to it first, I must not use an Account for the purpose of carrying on business or an enterprise. I will not use a newly opened Account until you permit me to do so. These services include, but are not limited to, services related to:
(i) Chequing and Savings Accounts (Canadian and US Dollar)
(ii) Credit Facilities (such as Loans, Lines of Credit, Mortgages, Overdraft Protection)
(iii) Investment Products (such as Term Deposits and Registered Plans)
USE AND SERVICES. Only the Authorized Representative, and no other person or third party, may use my Account and any service I have with you without your written agreement. I may use an Account for my corporate banking needs. I will not use a newly opened Account until you permit me to do so. These services include, but are not limited to, services related to:
a. chequing and savings accounts (Canadian and US dollar)
b. credit facilities (such as loans, lines of credit, mortgages, overdraft protection)
c. investment products (such as term deposits and registered plans)
USE AND SERVICES. Tenant will use the Premises for private parking by its customers/clients. The Premises will be used for no other purpose, said use to conform with all applicable laws, regulations and codes in all aspects controlling parking, standing, stopping or towing. Tenant shall not use the Premises nor permit the Premises to be used for storage or parking of inoperable or unregistered vehicles.

USE AND SERVICES. Tenant will use the Premises to conduct banking and related financial services and such other services as may be offered by or through Tenant such as insurance services. The Premises will be used for no other purposes without the consent of the Landlord which may not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant’s use may also include occasional special events such as customer appreciation events and annual shareholder meetings provided same do not unreasonably disturb the business of the other tenants within the Development.
