Visitor Center definition

Visitor Center means a building that is intended to provide information to tourists, usually with rest room facilities. This building shall not include restaurants, which shall constitute a separate occupancy.
Visitor Center means the first-floor operation of the City's reception center located at 706 Caroline Street or as may be relocated by the City.
