Risk of Injury Sample Clauses

A risk-of-injury clause defines which party is responsible for injuries that may occur during the performance of a contract or activity. Typically, it outlines the allocation of liability if a participant, employee, or third party is harmed, and may specify whether the risk is assumed by the service provider, the client, or both. This clause is essential for clarifying responsibility and protecting parties from unexpected legal claims, thereby managing and allocating the risk of personal injury associated with the contract.
