Return of Property Upon Termination. Upon termination of employment for any reason, Employee shall return to the Company all property of the Company, including but not limited to customer lists, records, software, documents, notes, tapes and other repositories of Confidential Information in the possession of Employee; whether prepared by Employee or by others, including copies thereof. Employee shall be responsible for any property loss or damage suffered by the Company due to delay in the return of such property. Employee represents and warrants that he shall not use any of the aforesaid items in any future business with which he shall become involved as an employee or otherwise.
Return of Property Upon Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, whether by its terms or upon notice or breach, the Agency shall return to the Client all tangible personal property and work performed by the Agency on the Client’s behalf during the term of the agreement, conditioned upon receipt of full payment by the Client of all amounts due and owing under this Agreement (including any Addendums and Change Orders).
Return of Property Upon Termination. Subject to Article 24 - Transition at Expiration or Termination of this Agreement, upon termination and regardless of any dispute between the Parties, all property, equipment, data, documents or other materials of Customer or the Users pertaining to this Agreement in the possession of Contractor, its employees, agents or subcontractors shall be returned to their owners within fifteen (15) days of the notice of termination or such later date as Customer may designate.

Upon termination of this Contract for any reason whatsoever, Contractor must immediately deliver to City all of City’s property (including without limitation any Work or Work Products for which City has made payment in whole or in part) that is in the possession or under the control of Contractor in whatever stage of development and form of recordation such City property is expressed or embodied at that time. Upon receiving a notice of termination of this Contract, Contractor must immediately cease all activities under this Contract, unless City expressly directs otherwise in such notice of termination. Upon City’s request, Contractor must surrender to anyone City designates, all documents, research or objects or other tangible things needed to complete the Work and the Work Products.
Return of Property Upon Termination. If this Agreement is terminated for any reason, you agree to provide for the immediate return of this Property to us in good condition, fair wear and tear excepted. You can make arrangements for return of the Property by calling us at the number listed on Page 1 of this Agreement. We will provide you with information about returning the Property to us at no cost to you.
Return of Property Upon Termination. In the event that this Agreement is terminated prior to the SDR’s completion of its duties under this Agreement, the SDR will immediately deliver all books, records, accounts and assets of the Receivership to the Department, including all records created or maintained by the SDR in connection with the services provided under this Agreement.
Return of Property Upon Termination. Upon termination of this MSA for any reason, Customer must pay Innovapptive all unpaid, invoiced amounts, and destroy or return all property of Innovapptive. Upon Innovapptive’s request, Customer will confirm in writing its compliance with this destruction or return requirement. Upon request within 30 days after termination of this MSA, Innovapptive will make Customer Data available to Customer in an industry standard format. After such 30-day period, Innovapptive has no obligation to maintain the Customer Data and will destroy it.

Upon termination of employment, you agree to promptly return to the Company all customer records, charge cards, all confidential information as defined in Subsection 6(c) above, and all other documents, equipment and property pertaining to the business of the Company.
